Because these products are digital in nature and are delivered instantly after successful payment, they cannot be returned once delivered. Therefore, all purchases made through our website are governed by the refund policy below.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all sales are final. Once the purchased digital files, download links, Google Drive links, Notion links, ZIP files, PDFs, source code, themes, templates, or any downloadable content have been delivered to the customer, they cannot be returned. Therefore, WebSaathi Technologies does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or credits after delivery.

No refund will be issued for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• You no longer need the product.
• You purchased the wrong product.
• You did not read the product description before purchasing.

Once access has been provided by any of the above methods, the order is considered successfully delivered.

3. Technical Support

Although refunds are not available, we are committed to helping customers access their purchased products. If you experience genuine technical issues such as:

• Missing files
• Download not working
• Delivery email not received

Please contact our support team. Our technical team will investigate and resolve genuine delivery-related issues as soon as possible. Support is limited only to product delivery and file availability.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make two payments for the exact same product within a short period due to a payment gateway error or duplicate transaction, please contact us immediately with payment proof. After verification, WebSaathi Technologies may, at its sole discretion, process a refund only for the duplicate payment. This does not apply if different products were purchased.

5. Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment. Therefore, cancellation is not possible once payment has been completed. Orders cannot be cancelled after the product has been delivered or made accessible.

6. Website Development & Service Refunds

For website development, SEO, digital marketing, hosting, maintenance, branding, graphic designing, or any custom service:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If project work has already started, cancellation does not guarantee any refund.
• Completed work, milestones achieved, consultation hours, or delivered files are chargeable.
• Custom development work cannot be refunded once development has begun.

7. Payment Gateway & Chargebacks

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Customers agree not to initiate unnecessary chargebacks after receiving the product.

If a customer files a false chargeback despite receiving the purchased digital product, WebSaathi Technologies reserves the right to:

• Permanently suspend customer access.

• Report fraudulent activity to the payment gateway.
